The minimum hire is 2 weeks. Hire is paid in advance every 4 weeks, and any unused weeks are refunded when you return the item.

Overview
Description
Electric adjustable bed hire for home, delivered across Sydney. The M400 raises the head and feet independently, so sitting up to eat, read or watch TV and resting with legs elevated is easy at the touch of a button. Mattress, retaining rails and wireless remote are all included.
Size: King Single, 107cm × 203cm. 250kg weight rating.
Mattress: Health Support Mattress (Plush) with a waterproof, washable cover, included in the weekly price.
AirLo8 air mattress upgrade: choose the AirLo8 Complete System alternating pressure mattress for an extra $80 per week. 20 alternating air cells, automatic pressure adjustment, heel protection and a smart pump. Suits users from 20kg to 200kg at medium to very high risk of pressure injuries.
Comfort features: Zero Gravity position, vibration massage with 4 modes and 3 intensity levels, and a massage timer.

Questions before you book?
What is the difference between the M400 and the hospital bed?
The M400 is an electric adjustable bed: the head and feet raise independently, with Zero Gravity and a massage function. It has no height (hi-lo) adjustment and no side rails, and you can book it online. The hospital bed adds side rails plus Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positions for higher care needs; send us your choices on its page, or call (02) 9018 9255, and our team confirms availability with you.
How much does bed hire cost, including delivery?
The M400 is $80 per week with the standard mattress, and the hospital bed is $105 per week. The AirLo8 air mattress adds $80 per week to either bed. Hire is paid in advance every 4 weeks, with a minimum hire of 2 weeks. Delivery and collection is a one-off fee charged with your first payment: $165 for ground level (including buildings with a lift) or $225 for upstairs with stairs only and no lift (up to 2 storeys; for higher levels please call us). Click & Collect from our Prestons showroom is free.
Can I add an air mattress for pressure care?
Yes. Choose the AirLo8 air mattress on either bed for an extra $80 per week. It is an alternating pressure mattress with 20 air cells, automatic pressure adjustment and heel protection, for users from 20kg to 200kg at medium to very high risk of pressure injuries.
What is the minimum hire period?
The minimum hire is 2 weeks. Hire is paid in advance every 4 weeks and continues until you give us one week's notice. Any unused weeks are refunded when the bed is returned.
Do you deliver bed hire in Sydney?
Yes. We deliver and collect across Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle and the Central Coast, and confirm your delivery date with you after your order. Delivery dates and stock availability are not guaranteed.
How do I end my bed hire?
Give us one week's notice and we will arrange collection, or return the bed to our Prestons showroom if you collected it yourself. Once it is returned, we refund any unused weeks you have already paid for.
Can I buy a bed instead of hiring?
Yes. If hire turns into a longer-term need, we sell the Floorline hi-low adjustable bed with a 10-year frame and motor warranty. Our team can help you compare options, including NDIS quotes.
